File transfer from resource to project manager after a job has been finished
How can resources upload results files for finished jobs?
Results files can only be uploaded as long as a job has not bee concluded.
However, it is still possible for a resource to send additional files for a concluded job: The resource must do the following from the resource service pages:
1. Find and open the job record.
2. Click on the e-mail icon by the name of the project manager or person who assigned the job.
3. Write the text of the e-mail and upload the files to be sent as an attachment to the e-mail.
4. Send the mail.
The project manager will receive the incoming e-mail marked for the project and can handle the rest in otm.
